The global leader in guaranteed payment solutions

For the past 20 years, Vesta’s scalable solution set has driven revenue and growth for the world’s biggest brands.

Protected by Vesta

Vesta Corporation began in 1995 as a pioneer in processing fully guaranteed card-not-present (CNP) payment transactions for the telecommunications industry. Since then we have steadily expanded our leadership position in the global telecom sector, providing multi-channel payment solutions for industry leaders such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Vodafone, Telcel, China Unicom, Movistar, and Rogers, among many others. Based on the payment innovations we pioneered in telecom, we have broadened our solution set to support merchants selling digital goods and services as well as open and closed loop gift cards.

Vesta was the first company to offer an integrated payments/risk solution that fully guaranteed accepted transactions, eliminating the risk of chargebacks and related fines and fees. Today, Vesta is the only company delivering scalable, guaranteed payments solutions designed for e-commerce to enterprise environments built on these core capabilities:

  • Zero fraud, zero chargebacks and zero liabilities
  • Single-source, integrated payment processing and risk management solution
  • Real-time, patented fraud and risk management technology recognizes fraud as it happens
  • Lower operational costs, increased acceptance, and greater revenue

We’ve consistently been at the forefront of emerging payment technologies, data security, regulatory compliance, and fraud management. The result: Multiple patents for technological innovations, widespread industry recognition, including a CTIA “Innovative Mobile Payment Technology” award, and induction into the Inc. Magazine Hall of Fame for five consecutive years as an Inc. 500 fastest growing private company.

Vesta is privately held and spans the globe with offices in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
